Craig was admitted as an advocate in 1987 and commenced practice as a member of the Johannesburg Bar in July 1987.  His practice at the Bar has focused on contractual disputes, administrative law and employment law disputes, including pension law. 

In October 2002 Craig took Silk.  He is currently serving his fourth non-consecutive term as a member of the Johannesburg Bar Council and is extensively involved in pupilage and advocacy skills training.

Michael is the Chairman of Deneys Reitz Inc and has been a partner in that firm since 1970.  He is head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at the firm.  He is consistently rated in the top band of litigators in South Africa by local and international rating agencies. 

Alan is a practising advocate and member of the Johannesburg Bar, specialising in property law, commercial litigation and constitutional and administrative law. He was formerly a judge of the Land Claims Court and chairperson of the Housing and Property Claims Commission established by the United Nations to consider property and housing claims in Kosovo. Alan is also vice-chairperson of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors Disciplinary Committee. 

Paul is a senior counsel practicing at the Johannesburg Bar. He is a practicing advocate since 1977.  He spent five years with the Legal Resources Centre, concentrating on human rights and labour litigation.  He was appointed senior counsel in 1994. He was a member of the Bar Council during 1996/1997 and 1999/2000.  Paul is an arbitrator and mediator in industrial relations and community disputes under the auspices of TOKISO. Paul is also an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes under the auspices of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Association of South Africa (ADRASA). He was chairperson of IMSSA Board of Trustees from 1989 to 1994. 

John is head of Herold Gie Attorneys Employment and Public Law Department. He became a member of the Independent Mediation Services of South Africa (IMSSA) arbitration panel in 1986; joined the mediation panel in 1990 and the training panel in 1991. After IMSSA's demise in 2000, he became a member of the Tokiso's panel from inception, in these capacities.  

Barry formerly a practising attorney of many years standing, some 35 years of which as a director of Edward Nathan Inc (now Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs), Barry has specialized in dispute resolution in both the commercial and labour fields since 1985.  He is panel member of Tokiso Dispute Resolution (Pty) Ltd and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).

He has chaired a number of Commissions of Enquiry in the commercial, mining and education sectors and served periodically as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court.

Sharise was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1978, and since then she has practiced as an advocate specialising in commercial law, competition/unfair competition law and matrimonial and family law. In 1993 she was admitted as an advocate of the Lesotho High Court, in 1985 was appointed a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court and was appointed as Senior Counsel in October 1995. Since November 1995 Sharise has been an Acting Judge of the Supreme/High Court of South Africa. 

 Alan has been an accredited labour mediator since 1988. In January 2008 he was trained by CEDR on commercial mediation. He has upheld the principles of mediation - dignity, equality, fairness and diversity – over a number of years.

Alan has written extensively on mediation (Managing conflict in schools (LexisNexis Butterworths Toronto 2007(with R Jacobson); Mediation: Principles, Process & Practice (1997) Butterworths (with L Boulle); and on sexual harassment mediation in Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Law, Policies and Processes (2005) LexisNexis Butterworths (with R le Roux and T Orleyn). I have written a number of articles on mediation on the AIM (African Initiative for Mediation) website (www.mediate.org.za).

David is currently executive director of the Resolve Group.  He is an expert in designing and managing processes, industrial relations, dispute resolution and crime prevention.  He focuses on providing strategic advice to companies and public sector organizations in the areas of workplace transformation, employment equity, change management, relationship-building, dispute resolution systems design and dispute resolution.

John is an attorney with extensive mediation and arbitration experience.  He is currently a proprietor and non-executive director of Robertsons (Arbitrator, Attorney and Mediator) and his functions are to arbitrate, mediate, facilitate, train and consult.

He is an arbitrator and mediator for various institutions including the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO), National Association of Bargaining Councils (NABC), National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry (NBCCI), Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC),  General Public Service Sectoral Bargaining Council (GPSSBC), Public Health and Welfare Sector Bargaining Council (PHWSBC), Education Labour Relations Bargaining Council (ELRC), Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEA&T), Chapter 4 National Environmental Management Act and he is a part-time commissioner with the CCMA. 

Tanya Venter is the CEO of Tokiso and on their panel of dispute resolvers as an arbitrator, mediator, trainer and facilitator. She is a founding member of Tokiso. Her particular areas of expertise include statutory dispute resolution, dispute resolution system and administration design, forensics and project management.   
Tanya was a mediator and facilitator for the Independent Mediation Service of South Africa (IMSSA) before its closure in 2000 and has experience in dispute resolution training.  Tanya has worked in private, NGO and parastatal environments. 

Meshack has extensive experience as a facilitator, trainer, negotiator and mediator.  He was employed by the Chemical Workers Industrial Union, a Cosatu affiliate, for 13 years.  He was a full time Commissioner at the CCMA for three years and vacated his position to pursue a career as an independent mediator.  He is a Director of Tokiso Dispute Settlement (Pty) Ltd. 

Mahamed is an associate professor at the UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership, where he teaches labour law, negotiation and conflict management, industrial relations and dispute resolution.  He runs regular workshops on negotiation, conflict handling, discipline and dismissals, dispute resolution and labour legislation.  He has been lecturing at Unisa since 1980.

He has extensive experiences as a Bargaining Forum chairman, facilitator, mediator, arbitrator, trainer and relationship building initiative facilitator. 

Judy is a Director of the Resolve Group, where she currently consults full time to Transnet on a wide range of transformation projects.  During her 23 years of experience in the human resources field, she has held positions including Head of HR at the South African Revenue Service where she played a key role in transformation initiative, HR manager at Volkswagen SA, Senior Commissioner with the CCMA, Lecturer in Industrial Relations at the University of Port Elizabeth and journalist with the Daily Dispatch and Eastern Province Herald. 

Ebrahim is a practicing attorney specializing in Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution since 1998.  He has been trained and gained valuable grounding as an Arbitrator and Mediator at the now defunct IMSSA.

Ebrahim has a keen interest in the field of conflict resolution and peace building.  He has an excellent track record as a neutral third party.

Teffo is an attorney and a Director at Cheadle Thompson and Haysom Attorneys.  He has represented Cosatu and the ANC extensively.  He is an accredited mediator, facilitator and trainer and is currently a part-time senior commissioner at the CCMA.  He trained the first commissioners at the time the CCMA was established. 

After completing her term as Director of the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Thandi joined Routledge Modise Moss Morris Attorneys as a partner, and Tokiso as a Director.  She was previously Director at the Independent Mediation Services of South Africa (IMSSA) and a mediator and arbitrator on their panel.  She was also the regional director of the Legal Resources Centre in Gauteng.  She recently left Routledges to join Peotona Group Holdings.

Professionally she has been a member of the IMSSA panels, a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court and a Senior Examiner of the Attorneys Admission Examinations. 

Charles is an attorney with extensive labour law, mediation, facilitation and arbitration experience.  He is a former executive director of both the Independent Mediation Service of South Africa (IMSSA) and the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).

Charles is the chairman of Stratalign, a company offering organizational and human resource development products and services.  He currently directs a project for the International Labour Organisation in South Africa focusing on dialogue driven performance improvement.

Seeng is a mediator, arbitrator and facilitator.  She was previously a legal advisor at the Development Bank of SA.

Seeng was human resources manager at the National Union of Mineworkers and responsible for total human resource function of the union.  She was also previously general manager reporting to the CEO of Crayon Garments Manufacturer (Pty) Ltd – Lesotho, responsible for all human resource issues. 

Moksha has obtained his commercial mediation accreditation through CEDR and has successfully completed training in advanced divorce and family mediation.
