Facilitation

This is voluntary process whereby an agreed third party manages a discussion between parties. The subject of the discussion could range from solving a problem to designing a new structure such as a consultative forum. The parties decide on the terms of reference of the facilitator and the objectives of the process.

Tokiso panellists have a range of both substantive and procedural expertise to assist parties in a wide range of issues.


Relationship building initiatives

This is a process designed to help parties to resolve problems that exist in a troubled relationship. An independent and skilled facilitator can help and guide the parties to develop sound and constructive relationships. Clear objectives and rules to a relationship can be determined.

These could be relationship issues, for example, between management and a union, within a management team, within a particular department or within a merged organisation.
